Bill has been working at Christian camps since 1990, including more than ten years as Program Director at Camp Susque in Trout Run, Pennsylvania. Bill received his Master of Divinity degree in 1999 at Evangelical School of Theology in Myerstown, Pennsylvania. Bill has also spoken at several conferences, and he has written several articles and spoken on staff unity, spiritual development, and the spiritual disciplines. Bill is currently pastoring at Community Alliance Church in Towanda, Pennsylvania. Bill is married to his wife, Heather, and they have three children, Avery, Natalie, and Emma.

Since 1988, Joel has been very active in Christian camp ministry, including summer camps, special retreats, and leadership in canoeing and backpacking trips. Joel received his M.Div. from Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Pittsburgh and is currently pastoring at Chesapeake Community Church near Baltimore, Maryland. Joel is married to his wife, Cindy.
